Be Still My Heart....

So, I just stumbled across a new-ish paper line from Pink Paislee called Fetching. Be. Still. My. Heart. I'm in love.

I love the "branches" and the circles that look suspiciously like the bottoms of chinese lanterns.

I want to go home right now and create something.

This was a fantastic weekend. I had Friday off from work, and while I had lots of plans, the day ended up taking a different, but good turn.

I met up with the girls on at Archiver's on Saturday for a little creativity and laughter and then Easter service Saturday night.

And Sunday was just about the best day I've had in a long time. Peaceful, restful, and all kinds of other "ful's" :)

This week is pretty busy...and I'll be headed to the North Carolina mountains with some friends for a weekend of creativity! I can't wait.

Sweet Trouble

And another one. This was WAY out of my comfort zone. It's reather boy-eee. And it has a skull on it.

I love it that my friends don't mind me "borrowing" their kids' photos to scrap. People are going to think I've got more kids than sense at the rate I'm going :)

A New Layout...

I actually finished this layout a couple of weeks ago but am just now getting it posted. And Misti blogged about this event quite some time ago.

We went to a book signing and reading with Jodi Picoult. And had a blast! It's always fun to do somethign different!





I used my dymo label maker to imprint the journaling onto cardstock, then inked. Seems like I learned that Tim Holtz's blog a while back. It's easy!

Still working on the big surpise in September. I don't know why I say "still" since I'lll be working on it until September. I can't wait to tell you all about it. And for it to actually happen.
