Thrilling Thursday

Oooh, la, la!

The quilt situation is being solved!  I "sort of " have a plan. Can't wait to share!

  1. I want a chandelier like that in my bedroom. Unfortunately, I don't think Scott would like it. Maybe if I get an office in the new house...

  2. I didn't really want to make quilts. I wanted to sit with other people and make little stitches on an already pieced and sandwiched quilt. Hand quilting was my interest, and companionship in a new town. Now I'm working on my third or 4th "real" quilt. I've made baby sized and lap robes by machine to go to hospitals and nursing homes. The key is to not go it alone. If I had not been in a second group that was supportive and forgiving I would never have the courage to do what I'm doing now - repairing an old quilt, namely yours. The time spent getting instructions and support is critical. Do the class.
