What did we do without electricity?

Sitting in a pretty dark (even though it is still very light outside). No lights, no computer, no tv, no tivo (starting to hyperventilate a little here)....trying to read but there's not quite enough light...and I just realized that typing this post is probably not the best way to preserve the battery....

I'm almost prepared to say thr dreaded phrase...I'm bored. Sad.

Power company says estimated repair time is 9:50 pm. Starting the countdown...
