Where in the world is Blogger Rebecca???

I'm here, I'm here. I promise! I've been scrapbooking and hanging out with family and working and having all sorts of fun!

I'll have some new layouts to share soon!

In the meantime, here's a little list of random facts...
1. I classify bathing routines into phases. The more detailed the grooming the higher the phase. All out grooming is a Phase IV.
2. I love purses almost to an obsession...and once I decide I need a new one.....there isn't much that can stop me.
3. I check my alarm at least twice before I go to sleep.

Got any idiosyncracies you want to share???

Talk to you soon!

Please H.E.L.P. me....

I have serious committment issues when it comes to bedding. Serious. Let's just say, I have been looking for the perfect bedding since 1996. Seriously. And I.Have.Never.Found.It.

I don't think it's because I actually haven't ever found it. I think it's because I have some kind of issue with committing to bedding. In my head I know I am not making a life-long decision, but it sure feels that way. So, I need help. I also have a gift card to Pottery Barn that is burning a hole in my pocket and I am determined to use it on bedding. Take a gander at the bedding. Tell me what you like. I need to know!!!

I currently have a black and white theme going. Which I really like. But, I need some color. But I'd still like for it have black and white in it so I can use pieces from what I already have at home.

I like this one ...but it's almost sold out. Should I take that as a sign?

I really like this one

What about this one? Too plain?

And this one? HELP! I'm taking any and all advice!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! This is me putting on a brave smiling face. It's a good day...if I had a significant other, I think I'd be one of the heart-shaped pancake kinda of people. Corny, but it would be fun, at least once!

Once again...R is a bad blogger....life has just gotten in the way. And unfortunately, if I am having a hard time coping, the blog is the first thing to go...I'm also having blog topic block, so instead of filling everyone in on work (which some of you have heard already) and bemoaning my lack of scrapbook production...I'll make a list.

10 things on my desk...
1. since I share desk space with my mom, we've two computers, monitors, keyboards and mice. One set each.
2. A ponytail plant in a mexican pot that is older than me (the pot, not the plant. It was my grandmothers pot)
3. my work notebook (I brought it home so I could log in and do my timesheet today).
4. a bottle of diet coke, with the lid sitting beside it and almost empty.
5. a Orange vanilla candle
6. binder clips...these are special binder clips, they came decorated in black and white patterns. love them)
7. a $20 bill. Hmmm, I wonder if I can sneak it into my pocket without Mom noticing.
8. A mom...she's got her elbows propped up on the desk. She's learning how to do digital scrapbooking.
9. a glass of tea
10. a green lamp from Ikea.

Your turn!

Recovery....

Recovery really wasn't necessary. I thought it would be, but it wasn't. I miss those little girls. Spending all that time with them definitely taught me a lot about myself, how I react to certain things, and what ticks me off. :) And only served to reiterate that I really want babies one day. And I want to stay home with them.

One of the most amazing things that happened last week was reading with Victoria. It's so amazing to me that she can read (she's right on schedule, but I just always think of her as a little baby...not 6). And sitting next to her, listening to her sounding words out and figure it out...and being so proud of herself. And also getting frustrated, and wanting to quit. From Monday to Saturday she learned to start recognizing words from sight...big words even. I love seeing how our brains work...and this was a perfect example!

It's Tuesday at 8:14 and I'm ready to go to bed. How can sitting at a desk and working on a computer be more tiring that taking care of three girls? Tell me????? I think I'll go put my jammies on and veg for a while!

Talk to you soon! I just realized that I managed to get zero photos of Victoria last week. I'll have to rectify that soon!
